The Realizations of Steganography in Encrypted Domain
With the popularization and application of privacy protection technologies in
cloud service and social network, ciphertext has been gradually becoming a
common platform for public to exchange data. Under the cover of such a
plat-form, we propose steganography in encrypted domain (SIED) in this paper to
re-alize a novel method to realize secret communication Based on Simmons' model
of prisoners' problems, we discuss the application scenarios of SIED. According
to the different accesses to the encryption key and decryption key for secret
mes-sage sender or receiver, the application modes of SIED are classified into
four modes. To analyze the security requirments of SIED, four levels of
steganalysis attacks are introduced based on the prior knowledge about the
steganography system that the attacker is assumed to obtain in advance. Four
levels of security standards of SIED are defined correspondingly. Based on the
existing reversible data hiding techniques, we give four schemes of SIED as
practical instances with different security levels. By analyzing the embedding
and extraction characteris-tics of each instance, their SIED modes, application
frameworks and security lev-els are discussed in detail
Feasibility and stability in large Lotka Volterra systems with interaction structure
Complex system stability can be studied via linear stability analysis using
Random Matrix Theory (RMT) or via feasibility (requiring positive equilibrium
abundances). Both approaches highlight the importance of interaction structure.
Here we show, analytically and numerically, how RMT and feasibility approaches
can be complementary. In generalised Lotka-Volterra (GLV) models with random
interaction matrices, feasibility increases when predator-prey interactions
increase; increasing competition/mutualism has the opposite effect. These
changes have crucial impact on the stability of the GLV model.Comment: Manuscript is 8 pages long, containing 4 figures. Pages 9 to 25 is

Investigation and protection of fishery resources in the middle of Bohai Sea
In May and October 2017, 12 stations were set up in the Central Bohai Sea for fishery resources investigation. The results show that there are many dominant species in this area, and the inshore fishery resources are higher than those in the open sea because of the abundant nutrients from land, the high density of zooplankton and the food of swimming animals. In order to effectively protect the fishery resources in the Central Bohai Sea, this paper puts forward some suggestions, such as strengthening the protection propaganda, scientific and reasonable fishing, and strengthening the management of marine environment
